SERVICE AGREEMENT 

PLEASE REVIEW OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Reservation & Cancellation Policy

  • 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment.

  • Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a $50.00 Late Cancellation Fee. 

  • No-Show/No-Access: If our team arrives and cannot access the vehicle within 20 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and subject to a 50% service fee.

2. Appointment Requirements

  • Environment: The client must provide a safe workspace with at least 3 feet of clearance around the vehicle.

  • Weather: In the event of extreme weather (heavy rain, lightning, or temperatures below 0°C), we reserve the right to reschedule to protect the quality of the service and the safety of our team.

  • Personal Items & Debris: Please remove all personal belongings and car seats before our arrival. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle. To maintain our high service standards and schedule, a $30.00 Cleanup Fee will be automatically applied if a technician must remove 15 or more personal items or significant garbage during the pre-inspection.

3. Liability & Pre-Existing Damage

  • Damage Disclaimer: While we take every precaution, A+ Auto Detailing is not responsible for damage to pre-existing conditions, such as cracked windshields, loose trim, thinning clear coat, deep exterior scratches or failing upholstery.

  • Child Seats: For safety and liability reasons, our technicians will not reinstall car seats.

4. Media Release

  • The client grants permission to use photos/videos of the vehicle for promotional and portfolio purposes.

5. Service Plan Agreement

  • Overview: Our Service Plan pricing is a loyalty discount reserved for clients who maintain a consecutive service schedule. By accepting the discounted rate, you agree to remain on the plan through your next scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your membership before your next scheduled service interval, the discount applied to your most recent detail is voided. You will be retroactively billed for the "Standard Rate Difference" to bring that service up to our one-time standard pricing. 

  • Payment Method: You authorize us to securely store your payment method and automatically charge the "Standard Rate Difference" balance upon notice of cancellation. If a card is not on file or the transaction is declined, an invoice for the balance will be issued immediately and is due upon receipt.
